Shipping Rates

* Local Delivery (Surrey & selected nearby areas): Flat rate of $5.99 CAD
* Canada-Wide Shipping: Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
* Free Shipping: Available on orders over $99.99 CAD.

Estimated Delivery Times

* Surrey & Nearby Areas: 1–2 business days
* British Columbia: 2–5 business days
* Other Canadian Provinces: 3–8 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather, holidays, or carrier delays.

Order Tracking

If tracking is included with your shipment, you will receive a tracking number by email once your order has been dispatched.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for delays or additional charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or is lost during transit, please contact us within 48 hours of the delivery date or expected delivery date. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
